Chicken Make-up Bags

Hi! Here are a couple of make-up bags a lovely friend asked me to make. It's scarier when you are asked to make something specific - what if they don't like it? What if it turns up and they are disappointed!? What if they look critically at all the wonky stitching??? :-s

But anyway, here they are. I love this fabric!

This is based on a free pattern, the Flat bottom straight(ish) sides zippy pouch, from Very Berry Handmade, although I do the zip tabs a little bit differently.

Latest Koda Bag

Hi! Here's another Koda bag. This one is for a friend's granddaughter. I had to make the panel quite a bit taller, to fit enough of the scene in. I love the fabric, it's so cute!

Koda Bag for Coffee Lovers

Hi! I found some gorgeous fabric which has 6 different panels of coffee images. The size of the panels meant that I had to make a larger Koda bag to fit them on, but I think they work really well. I want to make more of these! I used little heart pulls on the zips.

Hi! I wanted to make a puffin bag for a friend, and ended up making two bags, because this fabric is so cute. I love puffins!

Little Dogs Koda Bag

Hi! Here's a bag I made recently, with some fabric I fell in love with! I really struggle with non-directional fabric, though. It bothers me that some of the dogs are sideways or upside down, and it took me ages to work out which images to have the right way up on the panel!
