Just a note

Hi! I recently bought a set of flower images from Bugaboo, and have made some little 7.5cm square note cards with them. They're coloured with inks and a water brush, and I added a few gems. For the calla lily card, I used a Wink of Stella brush on the snail's shell.

I'm entering this one in the challenge: Watercooler Wednesday: 'Clean & Simple Spring'

The colours in this one were inspired by this week's Color Throwdown challenge:

I'm entering this one in the following challenges:
Shopping Our Stash: 'The Beautiful Rose'
CASology: 'Grow'

I'm entering this one in the challenge: Sweet Stampin': 'I Wish I Could Fly'

I'm entering this one in the challenge: Creative Inspirations: 'One for the Girls'

I'm entering this one in the challenge: Less Is More: 'Stripe' - I hope the stripy vase is enough stripe!

Ingredients:
Bugaboo images: 'Mini Set - Flowers'
Artistry Ink pads: Old Parchment, Sweet Toffee, Indian Jamun, Midnight Blue
Adirondack Inks: Cranberry, Butterscotch, Meadow
Distress Inks: Fired Brick, Bundled Sage
Wink of Stella pen: Clear
Crystal Parade gems

Confession...

I actually made two of each of these cards, but one fell in the cat's water bowl :-s I yanked it out of there as fast as I could, and let it dry, but some of the colours have run. Does it just look like I dropped it in the cat's water, or could I get away with saying I deliberately spritzed it, for a nice blending effect...?!?

Love the 'spritzed' effect on the last one...very artistic! :)))

What a great collection of cards you've created. Any one of them would be perfect for Gail's Clean & Simple Spring Challenge. Love the colours and layout! There is an art to making something clean & simple a showstopper and you've obviously perfected it. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.

Note to your Confession-------There are no stamping mistakes - only stamping opportunities! Yeh to the Cat's water dish! Now getting back to the challenge - I love all the Note cards and they were really thinking out of the box for the Spring theme. thank you for sharing your creativity with us on Watercooler Wednesday.

Oh, I really like these stamps...I'll have to check them out! Sweet set of cards, all of them cute and whimsical! I got a good chuckle about the last card's accidental "spritz" (we'll go with that)...actually it does look pretty good despite how it really happened! ;) Thanks for joining us at CASology!

Wow what a wonderful collection of note cards. Each and everyone of them could have stood up for our Spring Theme Challenge at the Watercooler Wednesday challenge site.
They're all fun and spring like, even the spritzed version that came out of the cat's dish. What a treat!

I roared with laughter at the mishap with the cat's water bowl!!! (yes, I have a warped sense of humour!) I bet we've all spilt or dropped stuff on our cards from time to time. But thank you so much for recreating it and making a second card for us. We probably would've liked the 'spritzed' version too. Anyway, all of these designs are so beautifully crisp, clean and CAS. That is a sensational set of cards. Thanks so much for joining us at Less is More xx

What a beautiful set of notecards. The images are so whimsical and I love your colouring - even the last "spritzed" one (we would never have guessed your method!).
