Cream, Yellow & Pink

Hiya! I wanted to make a card for the current colour challenge at Rubber Dance, but I was a bit stumped as to how to use these 3 colours. In the end I kept it simple. I used distress oxides smooshed onto an acrylic block and spritzed with water, to make a cream, yellow and pink background, then stamped a flower 3 times over the top. I coloured the spots in the middle of the flower using the cream oxide, to get an opaque coverage, and for the petals I used 'normal' distress ink, so that the pink would blend a little with the background colour. I used my new big shot (I love it!) to cut a frame for the flowers, and used 3D squares to lift it a little bit from the flowers.

I'm entering this one in the following challenges:

Rubber Dance Forever Stamping challenge

Ingredients:

Smooching ink is one of my favourite things!!! I love how the oxides give such a solid colour too as compared to the distress inks. Gorgeous card!
Thank you for joining us at Rubber Dance for the colour challenge.
