Just in time for my cancelled holiday...

Hi! I was supposed to be going to Paris with a couple of friends, to buy LOTS of fabric, so I thought I could do with a large backpack for shopping! The trip has been postponed due to the virus, but at least I'm ready to go as soon as it's safe to travel again!

I fell in love with this sheep fabric :)

The pattern is the Range Backpack pattern, by Noodlehead.

Make-up Bag & Coin Purse

Hi! I made a large make-up bag and a coin purse to go with the bag I made for Sanj, not realising that cork and chunky furnishing fabric is really hard to use on something small! But they turned out ok :)

The purse has a D ring on it, so it can be attached to the clip in her bag.

Found some gold paint...

Hiya! I was sorting out the craft room, and found some gold acrylic paint that I'd forgotten I had, and had never used... I decided to have a go with it. Here are a couple of very simple CAS cards I made with it. I'm still trying to decide if they are TOO CAS though!

In the first card I painted the flower centres with gold, and left everything else white. For the second card I used inks to colour the dragonfly's body, and used gold paint for the wings. For the third card, the gold is on the bee's stripes. I used a clear star glitter pen for its wings, and coloured the flower with inks, adding a touch of gold to the base of the flower.

Sami Bag for Sanj

Hi! My lovely friend Sanj asked me to make a bag for her. She chose the pattern, the fabrics and the rainbow hardware. I was a bit worried about whether it would all go together ok, but I love how it's turned out :)

It's the Sami bag pattern by Huff n Cuffs.
